Debra leads talent and culture strategy and alignment for REDICO, and its affiliated companies Continuum Services and American House Senior Living Communities.

A results-oriented, business-focused strategic leader known for achieving measurable outcomes by creating strong, collaborative partnerships across organizations, Debra has more than 25 years’ experience partnering with boards, C-suite executives and leaders to achieve sustained improvements in leader and staff performance, customer and employee experience and business results.

In addition to her HR and operations experience, Debra has significant expertise in aligning employee and customer experience, business transformation, and crisis, emergency and business continuity planning and management.

Her industry experience includes health care, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, education, technology, energy, utilities, communications, insurance, as well as for-profit, private equity, non-profit and public sectors.

Passionate about community service, community engagement and professional development, Debra has provided board leadership for numerous professional and non-profit organizations. She received the Athena Leadership Award in recognition of her professional excellence, community service and passion for assisting others in realizing their full leadership potential, and is a recipient of the Michigan Chronicle’s Women of Excellence Award.

She earned her Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University, where she also taught in the College of Graduate Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Wayne State University. She also is a certified professional coach providing executive, leadership and business coaching to leaders across a wide range of companies.
