Chief Human Resources Officer

Kari Lawry joined REDICO in 2017 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Kari is focused on accelerating growth and maximizing value through leadership development, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and encouraging a culture of engagement, agility, continuous improvement and innovation.

Kari has had extensive experience leading organizational transformations. Prior to her current role, she was Chief People Officer at CSIG Holdings, where she integrated the talent and HR functions to deliver faster end-to-end solutions in the areas of skills, careers, succession, performance management, attraction and retention. Kari also served as vice president of talent development at Con-way Inc. (now XPO Logistics). There, she led the global talent management integration and succession strategy and graduated from the Higher Ambition Leadership Program at Harvard University.  During her tenure as the vice president of human resources for Atlas Oil Company, Kari was named HR Executive of The Year by The American Society of Employers.  Kari has also held diverse HR leadership roles at Pulte Homes, Citibank, Baxter Healthcare and PepsiCo.

Kari earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology with honors from Michigan State University. She has a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
